ONE DAY CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



INTRO TO POLE



Intro Pole Dance is a one time class to see what pole dancing is all about. You will learn basic moves and spins to make a mini routine. This is a great class to see if you would like to take the 4 Week Beginner Pole Fundamentals Class. Classes are 1 hour for $25/person if you sign up online. Must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. NO POLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. The class is limited to 3 people maximum. NO private groups allowed. All groups or parties should schedule a private group lesson.



POLE ROUTINES



This class is for anyone looking to learn a simple routine with dance steps, floor work, and basic pole spins. Learn a routine to take home and show your special someone. Each routine will be modified for everyone's level from Beginner to Advanced. It's a great way to put together everything you have learned in class. Class is 1 hour for $25/person if you sign up online. Must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. NO POLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. The class is limited to 3 people maximum.



POLE CONDITIONING



This class is especially for anyone that is currently taking pole or aerial classes and wants to work on building arm strength and core strength. This class focuses on balancing exercises, strength training and floor work using the pole and your own body weight for an overall workout. Recommended for experienced pole, trapeze or silk students. By using your own body weight you will see results faster and be able to do harder pole tricks and spins. Prerequisites for Pole Conditioning Class are Beginner Pole Fundamentals and Continuing Pole Fit classes, at least 8 weeks of pole dance experience at another studio, or prior experience in trapeze or silks. Classes are 1 hour class for $25/person if you sign up online. Must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. The class is limited to 3 people maximum.



SENSUAL CHAIR



Learn how to walk sexy and tall in those stilettos you love and learn to feel comfortable with your body. Sensual Chair uses similar dance moves as in pole dancing but with chairs instead of poles. Learn sensual dance, lap dance moves, and floor work using props such as scarves, boas and chairs to make a sexy routine for your special someone. Classes are 1 hour for $25/person if you sign up online. Must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. NO POLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. The class is limited to 3 people maximum.



PIYO®



PiYo® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. This class cranks up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one workout!Classes are 45 minutes for $18/person if you sign up online or $20 if you pay in cash the day of class. ZUMBA®



It's a party!!! Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Belly Dance, and more. The dance moves are fused with interval training for a complete body sculpting experience. This class is for anyone looking for a great workout that is exhilarating, fun, and burn calories that is more low impact and less jumping. If you are looking for a new workout to ease into or get back to your old routine, this class is great to get you working out again. No partner required. Classes are 45 minutes for $18/person. You can also buy a class card for 4 classes for $68 or 8 classes for $128. Zumba® Class Cards cannot be used for any other classes. Must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. TRX BODY BLAST®

TRX Total Body Blast is a strength focused class set to music, which is based on reps, tempo, and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance, and flexibility by using your own body weight with the TRX suspension trainer. Burns at least 800 calories an hour so it is a great addition to build strength for pole, aerial and overall body. Classes are 45 minutes for $18/person.
